Nice area, nice apartments, thats it!

When I use the laundry room, at least one dryer is not working. When you use the washers, there's water all over the floor. No snow removal: The street/sidewalk has not been shoveled/salted. Most of the time the office is closed. Every door has a light hanging over it, but you cannot see at night to open your door. Heating system is bad. You have to keep your heat on 80 to get warm.
