I have never dealt with such incompetent apartment staff in my life. Since the new management took over, this place has gone way downhill. No one knows what they are talking about, so if a staff member tells you something, get it in writing because the next time it comes up you will be told something different (even getting it in writing doesn't do much good sometimes). They will give notices about every month that they need to come in to do an inspection. There were holes in my windows that I had reported, but they never got fixed. And good luck getting in touch with anyone in the Longview office - they are never open. Even when you do get in touch with someone, they will never call you back like they say they will. This was my worst apartment experience ever - I recommend you keep looking for somewhere to live and pass this place by.
