The apartments have great potential, however that is all they have... potential. I??ve lived here for 3 years and I??m on my second apartment (we went from a 1br to a 2br). If the apartments were fixed up a bit with new windows, balcony doors, plumbing and heating units they would be worth the money. There is a train across the street but you get used to it (any apartment that accepts a dog has a train close by). There are some young kids who like to party but it??s usually on the weekends and for the most part it??s kept to a minimum. They are under new management, once again, but she seems to be staying on top of maintenance issues that do need immediate attention (I called Monday about my air not working and she had someone out first thing Tuesday morning). If they would do some renovations I??d stay forever.
