Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved to this community because of the price ($660) and got what I paid for. The windows were in poor shape and often wouldn't stay open or open fully. The front door let the cold weather in during the winter and I couldn't get my apartment above 60 degrees during the winter of 06/07. The AC was sufficient for the summer, and it was walking distance to Wawa. Management started on-site but moved off-site (to their other community) after I moved in (6/06) only to move back when I left (5/07). I may move back to this area in 2008, but definitely not to this community.
