I lived at the Residences for 1.5 years, and I really liked it. The decor is beautiful and the maintenance top notch. My apartment was brand-new when I moved in, and all the appliances as well... I had no problems whatsoever with the administration in all that time... the staff is very friendly and I felt very safe in the building... It's a bit pricey, but it is worth it!
