I must admit the apartments are very nice. Unfortunatly, they are extremely overpriced! I actually was interested in rent at this building and was enticed by the 1 month free rent promotion. THIS IS A LIE. The rent is not free. What they do is take one month and spread it over the other 11 months of your lease. When I confronted the leasing agent about it she denied it. She spoke to me in a condecending manner and was extremely unprofessional. These people will smile in your face but once they have your deposit all their professional demeanour goes out the window.

I don't know about the lease, but yes, i have noticed the very rude behavior of the leasing manager. I have been living here since a few months, everything seems to be great, except for the manager at the leasing office. She would smile at your face and say things which are derogatory. I havn't paid here to see her bitchy face everytime.Rest of the staff is awesome! should i decide to move out, it will be cos of her! I have brought her behavior to notice to my company HR, and they seem to have heard of this before too and we're now in the process to moving the contract to some other apartment complexes! The buccini pollin group should perhaps raise the pay of their employees, so decent people are willing to work here!!!! Can't believe its the Buccini-Pollin group hiring such people!
