Hi,
My wife and myself have been staying at Residences at Rodney Sq managed by Marriott ExecutStay for almost a month and we found the place pretty good and value for money.
We would definetly recommend it to anyone through the rates are slightly higher. But then where would you get nicely done fully equipped apartments for lesser rates in downtown Wilmington.
The rooms are well planned. Trash gets picked only once in two weeks. that is the sad part. and so also is housekeeping.
