My wife and I have lived here since August. We also moved in at the time when they were offering the free month's rent special. We had the option of actually getting one free month or taking a little bit off each month, but we were in no way lied to about this; it was our decision. Also, we had a few problems in the beginning with the parking, but it's all been ironed out and we've had no problems in months. The leasing staff is very nice, knows our names, and are always helpful and attentive. We love our apartment and our electric bill is not nearly as expensive as we thought it might be.

Basically, the only real problems are the valet parking (which as I previously said is all worked out) and the elevators breaking, but we've never been without an elevator. Sometimes only one works, but we still always have an elevator. Our experience here has been great thus far and we don't hear noise in our apartment, nor do we hear dogs barking. In fact, we wouldn't know there were even dogs in the building other than we see them on the WORKING elevators sometimes.
