Cool Concept, Poor quality Construction, Unaccomodating Management

Ships Tavern is a great concept, with trendy upscale lofts above retail. In actuality: You are surrounded by parking lots and vacant lots, empty store fronts. Parking is no longer free on the streets, so you must pay $80 a month for a lot across the street. The quality of construction is not the greatest. If you have an issue, management is not the freindliest and is unaccomodating. I gave this place a shot and would rather wait for more choices in downtown along the Riverfront in upcoming year.
