THE NOISE LEVEL FROM OTHER APT. IS A BIG PROBLEM YOU CAN HEAR EVERY STEP, CONVERSATION AND EVEN INTIMATE MOMENTS. LASTLY THE NEWER TENANTS ARE QUESTIONABLE AND IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE LETTING ANYBODY IN.
