Historic building/New lofts

Ship tavern is very unique in its design. Over all I would recommend living here. The only real CON is the fact that the building is historic so isolation isn't so hot. In the winter you will have a high bill, but what i use now twin drafters(as seen on TV) they helped electric bill to not be $200 because with out it you may run that amount if you like to have AIR in the summer and HEAT in the winter.
