Prior to signing the lease, their sales pitch to potential new tenets was that parking in the lot was free. A few months into my lease, they began charging $49.
The management is a nightmare- inconsiderate and threatening. They are obviously miserable and it rubs off on the residents. I didn't make you work there!
Security is a joke. The night shift doorman is ALWAYS sleeping on the job.
On a positive note, maintanence has been very responsive to any issues.
