I am in complete agreement with most of the other reviews. The change in management has become a nightmare to all of the tenants that I have spoken to. Prior to renewing my lease I was told numerous times that I would be receiving my security deposit back (this was one of the reason for staying). I did not get my deposit back!! After being yelled at over the phone by the manager I decided to call the owners of the building. Again, no help!! I now have to wait another year before seeing by deposit but at this point fear that it will be taken by the management out of spite. Another issue is the parking. I gave in and now spend $49 per month for safety issues. I came home one night, pretty late and found a car in my spot. After the security guard realized the owner, he told me it was the "bosses" car. I was in total shock. How dare that woman park in someone elses parking spot when she takes our money each month. I have yet to receive an apology for either incident. On a good note, the security staff is very friendly and the maintenance staff has been very good about getting things done. The management staff is the problem. If you don't have a friendly personality, NEVER get into this line of business. I wouldn't have a job if I spoke to people the way the manager speaks to her tenants. If you are at all interested in moving into the plaza please make sure that you have everything in writing. Word of mouth means nothing to these people!!
