I know that there are always pros & cons living anywhere, and Ive lived in several communities in De my whole life. I love the Plaza, sure the closets may stick now and again, the doorman may fall asleep sitting at his desk in the middle of the night in an upright position, but he is there and he is extremely friendly. Parking, well hello we are in the city, what city CAN you live in and NOT pay for parking' $49 a month, hell yes I'm paying it because it beats the hell out of those $25.00 parking tickets i was getting!! I guess others might be a bit perturbed because they didnt get their own way, well WAAAAAAH BABY!!! The staff.. I LOVE them, especially Chrissie. She is the friendliset kindest person I have ever met, I bet she knows every single resident by name, and if you need anything, just ask, she goes above and beyond DAILY. Brian and Elizabeth are great too. I can stop in the office at any time and have a pleasant chat about nothing and feel welcomed. I have never had a bad experience with anyone here, maintenence calls get answered within 48 hours, the windows may breathe a hint of air, so what! the building is 50 years old. no one forces anyone to sign a lease, all of these so called probelms written to "blackball" the plaza are childish and rude. Shame on all of you! Grow up , you'll see when your living at your next destination just how sorry you are that you left here! I happen to love it here and have no intentions of ever leaving!! Please check it out for yourselves, I think you'll be very happy here. Thank you.
