The Plaza

 

I've lived in Trolley Sq for 6 years, 4 of them in the Plaza and am happy to call it home.

I saw all of these hard ratings and must say that most of the complaints sound like sour grapes.

The rent is fair for Trolley Sq area, the remodeling (including new washers and dryers and many kitchens) have greatly enhanced the look of the building.

Try renting in another building in the area - they were built way before the Plaza and are even older (and you will pay for heat through the windows which were also installed many years ago).

Most of the staff have been here as long as me and are very nice.

Expectations seem too high on here - its not like these guys make big money.

The parking fee sucks but the situation is better now than it was when you could just cram the lot full of cars.

So if you aren't a recent college grad that expects your hand to be held which seems to be the case on here I'd recommend the Plaza.

Why do I feel that some of these reviews come from the same people that let their dogs crap all over the place and are always unpleasant.

And I guess you can complain to the city on when they pick up the trash and the loud neighbors dogs! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
