I have lived in the Plaza for quite some time.

I no longer live there and suggest that others look around the area for a cheaper, better maintained building.

Trolley Square is a great area with a lot to offer.

I waited for 3 years for this apartment complex to "improve" and it didn't.

Maintenance doesn't not fix anything in a timely manner.

They do not care about the well being of their tenants.

The building is old and preventive maintenance has not been completed.

You will be extremely disappointed if you lease from Madison Property Management.

They do not take responsibility for problems that should have never occured.
