I have here for the past two years. I fortunately have just bought my first home. However my stay has been extremely comfortable. I will miss having Gene and Virgil greet me daily. I would recommend that you at least look here. I read the other reviews and do not know the office staff very well. However when I put work requests in they have been done to my satisfaction as well as the manager has returned my security deposit and wrote a very nice letter thanking me for leaving my apartment clean!
