I have known alot of people that have lived at the Plaza..and believe me, the people that have posted responses are real people, and don't work for the building....the manager is a poster child for Elsmere white trash...don't even think you will ever get your security deposit back..they try to con you out of every possible dime they can....how can you say staff is excellent when they are sleeping on the job at the front desk'''' come on....it looks like the hotel from psycho...only thing is the location...despite free utilities and location, everything else sucks...stay away...rent an apt from a local home....can't be worse than here....the management there should take some management classes...and become professional as well..maybe even try to get a personality....too bad you can't buy that with your overpriced rent...RUN WHILE YOU CAN..BEFORE THEY SUCKER YOU IN TO THEIR ABYSS uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
