We have been at the Plaza for going on 3 years. Yes, there have been some problems. But the staff has always responded quickly and resolves the issue without hesitation. The building is old. There are bound to be some issues. It is called community living. Some people should not live in condo or apartment dwellings. The complaints registered on this site seem to be negligible, compared to the upkeep of a house. Maybe some of the complainer should own their own home and pay $300 electric bills, $2000 in taxes, etc. If they prefer not to then find a place that suits them better. As far as the rent. It's Trolley Square. One bedroom condos across the street go for $210,000. I suspect, living at the Plaza is not the only thing they gripe about.
