Looking for an apartment in the Wilmington area.

I WAS considering the Plaza, until I came across this site.

Most of the reviews seem to be written by illiterate, disgruntled tenants or Management that thinks most prospective tenants are idiots.

Do you really expect anyone to believe your brazen attempts to sell this place or recruit others to do it' It is obvious posting by the Management to up the ratings on here after negative (and I readily agree, made no sense) ratings appear.

How about an HONEST review from a TENANT that can give the pros and cons, instead of a rental brochure' It really is obvious! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
