This apartment complex is dirty, smelly, and the apartments HAVE NO AIR-CONDITIONING even though yesterday it was in the 80s and today will be even higher (with high humidity). It is at LEAST 110 degrees in my apartment right now at 7:45 am in the morning. It is UNBEARABLE. There are a lot of very old people, kids, small dogs living in this building. I believe that right now someone is DYING OF THE HEAT in their apartment in this building. The management STINKS. They do NOTHING. Elevators are unsafe. Clothing washers leak and are dangerous. I am going to file a class-action suit against the owners, beginning today.

I completely agree. The A/C is late every year. I take my dog somewhere else when we have to go through this. I would not expect anyone or anything to endure this discomfort. It is ridiculous. I would advise finding an apartment elsewhere if you value your comfort and sanity. You do not get what you pay for here.
