How can you let all these people suffer in this heat!! I feel bad for my dog he can't move...
if he can't move I feel even worse for the elderly! To top it all off you can't even take a decent shower because they decided to put on water savers...
It takes me over 20 mins just to get the soap out of my hair because of lack of pressure and the water keeps switching from freezing cold to scolding hot! Don't move here!

I completely agree. The A/C is late every year. I take my dog somewhere else when we have to go through this. I would not expect anyone or anything to endure this discomfort. It is ridiculous. I would advise finding an apartment elsewhere if you value your comfort and sanity. You do not get what you pay for here.
