You are certainly right about that! The building needs serious renovation and I would not be surprised to hear that someone died from either the heat, hot water scalding or a failed elevator. If a company won't even FIRE a guy who sleeps on the job (and we are talking about a BLACK guy, cause there is also a WHITE guy who works nights and I personally have never seen HIM sleep but the BLACK guy at night is ALWAYS asleep. If I slept on the job, I'd be sacked. The daytime concierges... Virgie, Jean, Centoria and Bob... are great, but that nighttime guy should be FIRED.
