There are too many serious problems to justify the rent.
The elevators are often broken, and this past month someone's hand got stuck in an elevator and someone else got stuck in the elevator.
To my knowledge, management has done nothing about this.
The plumbing is a serious issue.
As example, the plumbing was just "fixed" and less than a week later the basement has flooded, so the building will be without water for at least another day.
The air conditioning is often broken in the summer.
The building's outdoor lights are on sensors, which have been broken, making the entranceway extremely dark.
While the door attendants are nice, they are often asleep, on personal phone calls, or away from the desk.
We tried to hang shelves only to find that the walls are plaster board and cannot hold more than a small picture.
Maintenance patched the walls but never returned to paint.
We only moved here in May and unfortunately are already planning to move out.
