Definitely not worth it.

Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2008-01-01
Sawyer Realty took over about two years ago, and the quality of living here has continuously declined since.
I would bother listing all of the gripes, but I think the other ratings cover the majority.
The most recent and most significant is the elimination of the concierge position.
Residents have grown attached to Gene and Virgie, but as of the end of March, the concierge staff will no longer be employed at the Plaza.
Say goodbye to the last of the remaining charms of the Plaza.
I can honestly say now that the bad outweighs the good here.
