I have never had so many problems with this place as in the last year and when Sawyer realty has taken over. What I find annoying is the purchasing of furniture in the lobby and the basement as well as flat screen tvs... Who actually sits down in the basement to watch tv' Let me guess the rent will be jacked up so they can trick people into renting here. Onto the piece of crap elevators I know they are installing new ones but in the interim why the heck do you take trash out between 8-9 am. So now we only have one functioning elevator. A little common sense would tell you to take it out after the morning rush. It takes them forever to fix broken things in your apartment. Don't let me start on the mice problem this building has too. O and I can't wait till May when it is hot outside and the air isn't working. Never fails every year same problem!!! Save your money don't rent here not worth the hassle I know I'm not resigning my lease!!!!!!
