We lived here for 1 year lease for just $800 including everything.

But the a/c was not working most of the hotter days and was perfect on the colder days the entire summer.

Water has always been the major problem.

Dirty drinking and cooking water from kitchen taps and not to mention from the bathroom too almost two-three days per month.

Even shutdown of water for 24 hours have been common emergencies here.

The elevators are most dangerous though they hype that they are all upgraded.

Do not ever live in this apt.

There have been some crimes too and even police entering into all apartments and asking questions related to the crimes to other residents.

Rats were found many times in the apartments.

All this has been happening now even after the new staff.

Water leaking has also been a problem in my apt, though it was taken care of after a couple times.There is a facility for Garbage disposal on each floor, but the rooms are so stinky and bad that the entire floor smells and they just spary the fragrances instead of actually making an effort clean up the garbage disposal rooms.

The fire alarm too had been ringing extremely loud not for any emergencies, but just due to its own fault many times of the year.

It would be so loud that you just had to plug your ears with something and still could not bear the noise, I had to leave the apt and go window shopping each time this happened.

You can only live here if you are out most of the time and just need a place for your luggage.
