The Village at Red Clay

OWNERS NEED TO BE CONCERNED From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I MOVED INTO THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX BECAUSE I WANTED TO STAY IN THE AREA.. AT FIRST IT WASENT BAD ESPECIALLY THE LAY OUT OF THE APARTMENTS.. I MUST SAY THEY ARE VERY SLOW AT GETTING THINGS DONE.. EX. WHEN I MOVED IN I WAS MISSING SOME ITEMS WHICH THE OFFICE TOLD ME THEY WERE ORDERED AND WOULD BE IN ANY DAY. WELL ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR AND THEY STILL HAVENT COME IN.. THE OUTSIDE LIGHTING COULD BE BETTER.. THEY DO HAVE SEVERAL LIGHTS THAT ARE NOT WORKING. THE PARKING IS HARD TO GET A SPOT CLOSE TO YOUR BUILDING... BUT THE WORST THING ABOUT THE COMPLEX IS ALL THE -------- THAT ARE HERE.. I WOULDNT MIND IT THAT MUCH BUT THEY THROW THEIR TRASH ANYWHERE THEY WANT, THEY BLAST THEIR MUSIC NO MATTER WHEN AND THEY JUST DONT RESPECT THEIR NEIGHBORS.(ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARENT MEXICAN).. THE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CLEAN UP THE COMPLEX TO GET A BETTER GRADE OF PEOPLE IN THERE.. I WISH THERE WAS A NUMBER TO CONTACT THE OWNERS SO THEY CAN BE AWARE OF WHAT IS GOING ON
