Poor Choice, Bad Management

Positive side:
(1) Apartment interiors are in good repair.
(2) Top of the Hill is close to the Claymont train station.
(3) Food stores and shopping are nearby.
Negative Side:
(1) Parking space is grossly inadequate.
(2) Parking lots are poorly lit.
(3) There have been incidents of vandalism and threatened robbery (at night) in the parking areas.
(4) Parking lots are pocked with giant potholes that never get fixed.
(5) Apartment maintenance is poor and requires repeated calls to get work done correctly.
(6) Management is unresponsive and can become quite oppositional, and even antagonistic, if it feels that you are "too demanding."
(7) Concern, real concern, for the individual tennant is at best superficial, and in actuality, nonexistent.
