This Place is good.

Pros:
1220 sq.ft.---830 - 2 bed room
more square feet for less rent heat included.
Concrete floors, you will not listen noise of upstair guys.
near to I-95.

Cons:
No shopping near by, all big stores are at newark. Aircondition and heater inside apartment, makes lot of noise. Laundry at lower level, only one unit for building.
