I have been living at Top of the Hill for less than a year. It is a decent place and I do not mind living there. But there are things they can do to make it better and worth the $$.

Likes:
1. it is spacious
2. relatively quiet
3. safe
4. maintainance comes within 2 days
5. good location
6. they are making improvements
7. folks in rental office are nice
8. pool
9. tennis court


Dislikes:
1. neighbors faucet and shower sounds loud
2. when neighbor smokes, it comes through my bathroom vent. and I hate that!!!
3. the A/C and heat are so loud, they drown out your conversations and tv sound.
4. the hot water runs out often, very annoying
5. the windows are old and some don't work
6. they say it's cable ready, but they mean only in the living room
7. you have to keep on them to get the hallways cleaned sometimes.
8. vent in master bedroom doesn't work and there is nothing they can do about it. so in the summer it's hot and in the winter its freezing.
9. if you get home after 7pm expect to walk a far distance to the apt, cos there will be no parking left.

I do not work in the office and I think I am being pretty fair in my assessment. So I hope I have helped.
