i lived there for 4 yearsand it was the worst,parking is the worst i ever seen,you can get rob,mug,or anything after dark,workers cant fix nothing,need cualking every-
where,water leaks,management dont no what there doing,think they bosses,miss no it all,dog s%#t,excuse me,all over the grass.1065 a month,pay them no mind,move on!!!!
P S - management need to no customer is always right,customers pay rent and your
check;new management please,unless the owner making these decisions'good question!!!

I am currently living here and have listed the bad & good things below:
1) BAD WINDOWS HIGH ENERGY COST
2) VERY POOR MAINTENANCE
3) RUDE MANAGER - KERLENE
4) LEAKY BATHROOMS
5) NO PARKING SPACE
6) SHADY MAINTENANCE & BAD WORKMANSHIP.(Poorest I have seen-ever)
7) PET DROPPINGS ARE AN ISSUE.
8) EXPENSIVE LAUNDRY
GOOD:
1) SCENIC & NICE LOCATION.
2) PROXIMITY TO GOOD PLACES.
Ultimately it is a very poorly maintained place with wrong management folks and poor maintenance. Look somewhere else. I am moving out myself.No doubt people are pissed and writing here..all the good reviews are by the management.
