Well, it's a nice looking apartment at first. Big for a one bedroom, and not too expensive, but once you get settled in, everything goes downhill. Today is January 24 and for the past month, despite repeated phone calls to maintenance, I have not consistently had hot water!!! I'll get in the shower before work and, in two minutes (no exaggeration), the water is cold. Just enough time to soap yourself up.

Not only that, but the heat sucks! The bedroom is always FREEZING...and because of this you kinda count on that hot shower in the morning, but forget it.

Other than that, it's an okay place...I wouldn't really recommend it to anyone and I certainly won't be renewing my lease.
