I lived there for 2 years, and the apartment layouts are spacious and the landscaping is pretty nice, and also the price is decent. BUT you can hear neighbors, my car was broken into twice, so was my neighbors, and my sister's car who lived in the complex was stolen. Neighbors were trashy, maintenance was OK, not too bad but they are all crackheads (not kidding). Water pressure was awesome but very cold. And the fridge was old and buzzing and be prepared to pay a lot for gas, oh and also to park on the grass. I would recommend if you are able to deal with nasty people.
