More bad than good

A lot of trashy people live here, and few have respect for their neighbors. I've been here for a year now and every neighbor I've had is a piece of garbage--blasting their radios, cursing up a storm on the balcony, getting into fights... you name it. Complex won't do anything about it either, unless of course a shrug counts. And as for parking, better be home early if you want a spot.
On the good side, however, rates are in line with other complexes, water pressure is generally OK, AC/heat is acceptable, and the apartments are somewhat nice--assuming you get a renovated one.

Sounds like the name valley RUN AWAY from this one!! Trashy people often live in apts as they can't afford a house!
