Not only is the neighborhood dangerous (despite promises to the contrary), but the parking is the worst in the area. They allot two spaces per apartment or townhouse, and then allow residents to own 5 and 6 cars, and tell you it is a first come first serve basis. Further, upon leaving, they have withheld half of my security deposit for "cleaning fees" despite my steam cleaning the carpets just before vacating. This place is a disaster and I would reccomend all to stay away.
