i have lived in valley Run for a few years and the parking is not that bad as people say they are it is frist come frist serve and you always have a parking spot all but maybe saturday nights.. the pool is very up kept and the guards are very people friendly . well the neighbors their just like any other neighbors you would have ,you can have nice ones and ones that really get on your last nerve...but other wise it is not a bad place after all...
