I have lived in Valley Run like all my life. Yes there ar some bad things like the parking issues, and the cats. But besides all of the small problems its really great place to live. The maintence people are nice, and try the best to get the done. The owner, Jay, is the most kindness, caring guy you would ever meet, he puts his all into trying to amkes everyones stay there happy. The kids around here are mostly good,a nd respectful. A lot of changes have been made around to make it a better place like..... getting rid of Stephanie(thank god she was the worst ever)fixing up around,and the cleaning has gotten better as well. I love it at V Run.
