I have lived in Valley Run for 3 years now and I must say that it is a nice place to live at. You have the maitenence guys who will do anything you ask. No matter what. They have always treated me very well. Nice guys. Jay is the Manager and he is the nicest person you would ever want to meet. Yes you have your little cracks here in the dryway and little cracks there but thats no biggie. Go buy some spackle and touch it up or ask the maitenence guys to do it. They will. Any repairs need to be done, all I have to do is call. For a single mom, other places have the fluff and are very expensive. Valley Run is affordable and nice. I read the other reviews and the pool is awesome. I have never seen another apt complex with such a big pool.
If anyone has complaints then MOVE OUT DUH!!!!!
