The place in North Wilmington

I just had to break my lease and move from "The top (bottom) of the hill" I thought I lost hope on apartments! But the staff at Valley Run is the best. Ashley is a sweetie and the Manager was very helpful to me. The maintenance was polite and came right away! After my last horrible experience, I actually felt special and that my money was not being wasted. They have all new windows and I had new carpet and a new kitchen for less then I was paying at my last place! I had to go on a waiting list to get it in and now I see why. At the last place I could move in after 2 days of filling out the application because the had vacant sitting around and now I see why! The pool is big and grounds look nice! They even have a park for the kids and huge water fountain in the middle of the pond (how cool). There is school on one side that has a track and tennis courts you can go too and on the other side is a county park with a nature walk and basket ball courts, racquet ball courts, and tennis courts, and a soccer field so your kids can actually go out and play doing activities and not getting stuck hanging out in just one park. As a single mom I feel safe when my children go out to play and I m happy I moved to Valley Run it was worth the wait! The only bad thing is once in a while I can t find a parking spot but the pool area offers extra parking so a little walk is no problem!
