Valley Run is an okay place. Although I sometimes feel unsafe walking my dog, as people don't understand that the speed limit is 25-30 mph not 45-50 mph. Also some of the spotlights that are meant to be helpful are often times out, or flickering. We've had run-ins with people who aren't even are neighbors about where my family and I park. I must state that where we park should be of no one's business, unless of course we've happened to take a spot that isn't around or in front of OUR town home. Which we have NOT. And I must state that we've had plenty of people park in front of our home, who are not our guests. I don't think that's fair. Our town house is nice, but our electricity isn't very stable. Our shower sounds like it may come through the floor, and are heat doesn't work very well. Hot water is scarce. That's all. Thank You.
