My husband and I have lived in a 1000 sq. ft. 2BR/2 bathroom apartment here for a year and a half. It is very spacious and includes a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, bath tub, and shower. The only thing it doesn't have is a garbage disposal in the sink. Otherwise, it's very nice.

The kitchen is HUGE! All of the cabinets and floors are new and white. We have a large living room with two couches and two chairs and TV. In the winter, it does get cold downstairs. No matter how high we turn up the heat it is difficult to get the downstairs warmer than 72 degrees. Our gas and electric bill in the winter has never been over $100. During the summer we have no difficulty cooling the house.

We have NEVER heard our neighbors! It's a very quiet neighborhood and they do a very nice job with the landscaping. The pool and work-out room are fabulous!

We have been very happy here and have very few complaints. Yes, it does smell every once in a while. But otherwise, we've been very happy.
