Very Nice Place

This is one of the best rentals I've ever had. A little expensive for the area but each apartment is a brick townhouse so you have nobody living over you.
Cons: The temperature control is not very good. In the summer you have to close the downstairs vents to get any cooling upstairs. This is reversed in the winter and it's still cold downstairs and hot upstairs.
The hot water heater and furnace are in a closet inside the apartment so you get quite a bit of noise from them especially when you are in the living room.
Quite a distance (20 min drive) to any decent grocery store. The closest is on the Philadelphia Pike (5 min drive) but it's not very good.
Pros: A great neighborhood, very quiet and beautifully landscaped.
Close to the freeway (495 and 95) but far enough away that you never hear very much traffic noise.
Very quiet from the neighbors, you can only hear something if there is some real noise going on.
Great staff, very responsive and helpful.
Overall, I really enjoyed it here and I wouldn't have been moving out except my company is closing in Delaware forcing us to move out of state.
