I was very pleased when I first moved in, but recently the nice ammenaties have gone downhill. The car vacuum works poorly, the hose from the carwash station has been gone for months, they only cut the grass periodically, rather than the regular schedule they used to have, and crime has become a serious problem, with several vandalisms, burglaries, and thefts. Snow removal was horrible this past winter...and parking is becoming a problem too.
