I am relocating to CA, and I am going to miss this place. I have lived here for a year and have had a great experience. The management is helpful when we have a problem. Maintenance usually comes within a day of calling with a complaint. It is quiet despite being near 495. Neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly when approached. In fact, we all helped each other dig out our cars this winter. The apartment itself is great...the bedrooms are a little small (we have a 2 bed/2 bath) but okay. The kitchen is great with a lot of cabinet space and a full sized washer/dryer and microwave. It is a great place for the money. The neighborhood is safe...apparently there were some break ins this year and management responded by adding a security patrol 24hrs/day. Parking is usually not a problem in my lot...although once in a while the lot is full (no idea why...perhaps someone had a party)I am very happy with this place and would highly recommend it!
