My new husband and I just moved into our first apartment at Fox Point about a month ago, and we couldn't be happier. The staff is wonderful, and the move-in incentives were fantastic - we got half off our security deposit for applying within 24 hours, and we got our first month's rent free! (Which comes in handy when you have a lot of furniture and other necessities to buy). The apartments are on the small side, but if you're just starting out or don't have a lot of "stuff", they're the perfect size. We have enough space in our living room for a couch, a recliner, a coffee table, two bookshelves, a big-screen TV, and a small dining room table. The kitchen is wonderful - lots of counter and cabinet space.

It is a very sleepy community - you never hear ANYONE. Occasionally we can hear our upstairs neighbors walking around, but that's rare. (And if you get a 2-floor townhouse, you won't have upstairs neighbors at all!) Some people have mentioned the Edgemoor-Dupont stench - to be honest, I've NEVER smelled it when I was in our apartment. There have been times when I've smelled it as soon as I got on I-495, but it doesn't reach me in the apartment. And the view of the river is spectacular - many of the apartments are elevated on a hill, so you get this gorgeous panoramic view of the river anytime you're heading to downtown Wilmington or I-495.

I can't say enough about this place - even my husband, who has never lived in an apartment and never really wanted to, keeps saying how great this place is. We couldn't be happier with our new home.
