Excellent location despite proximity to shantytowns.

Some laundry facilities have not been fixed the year I have been here. Sometimes crowded.

Nicely landscaped areas, but definitely hard to avoid the dog crap.

Soundproofing between apartments isn't very good.

Only needed to call maintenance once, and they responded quickly.

Try not to interact with Office Staff as I find communications arrogant and rude.

Nice and large fitness/pool area. Never crowded.
