I'll name a few good and bad things. The complex is well maintained and the neighbors are nice. Parking is fair for the amount of apartments and townhomes in the complex but it does depend on where your place is located. Insulation in the apartments are poor. My electric bill was higher than a friend of mine with a family and living in a house (heating is ran off electric). Modificationsw were made to the townhomes and apartments but still the apartment gets cold. They should have invested the money in insulating the windows or replacing with better insulating windows. The walls are thin also, you can hear your neighbors conversation. I lived in both the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom townhome during my stay. The townhomes are better because I never heard any noise. During the time, I had new neighbors move in and out on both sides of me. Maintanence crew respond fairly quickly. The management staff is friendly and very responsive to the tenants concerns. The grounds are well maintained but if you work at night, the noise from the crew cutting the grass, schrubs, and blowing the leaves are extremely noises. Sometime it even sounded like the equipement was in my place. This would happen atleast twice a week. The central air and heating is a little load especially when your trying to watch tv. The facility offers a gym, swimming pool, and business center which is a plus in todays age. Don't get me wrong the place is nice to live in and better than other apartments and town homes in the area. I would recommend the place! Just keep in mind if your a person that gets cold, you can feel air coming threw the window, if you don't like noise and you're going to select an apartment; select the 2nd floor instead of the 1st floor, townhomes are much better than the apartments but are pricey! When I first moved there I think the standards were higher when I first moved there but out of all the years there, one incident. I would so that is excellent. Overall, much better than the rest considering you have your own entrance.
