I have been living here for three years. I have a townhome. I haven't had any problems like some other reveiwers. The grounds are well kept. I use the Fitness Center and Pool. They also built a Business Center which I think I have only used once. I would like that open longer hours so I could use it more often. Otherwise, my neighbors are quiet and I have enjoyed being by the River. I really haven't had any issues with management, maintenance has fixed things in my apartment quickly and the office staff has been friendly. I dealt with the manager about my renewal. My rent did go up $20. That seemed to be set in stone. When you look in the area at other places, you realize that this is the best place around. I would recommend.
