Village at fox point is a great place to live. Courteous neighbours, Beautiful landscape, wonderful staff and prompt maintenance. In the recent snow storm, the snow removal team was on the ground within a couple of hours. The gym is great and so is the business center.

the only con is that the complex is slightly outside the city. Wilmington is only 5miles but one feels the disconnect. But all in all...the best place I have ever lived in. Check it out
